Charles River is pleased to announce that nominations are now being accepted for the 32nd annual Charles River Medallion. The award will be presented during the 2022 Laboratory Animal Management Association annual meeting in Scottsdale, AZ April 11-14, 2022.

The Charles River Medallion, consisting of an inscribed plaque with medallion and a check, will be given in “recognition of distinguished contributions to the field of laboratory animal management by an administrator/manager who is a member of the National Laboratory Animal Management Association (LAMA) and is currently engaged in Laboratory Animal Management.”

•    Each nomination should contain the following supporting information:

1. Name, mailing address and education information
2. Nature of professional managerial activity
3. Organization membership (professional and scientific)
4. Honors or awards
5. Bibliography (attach reprints if possible)
6. Brief sketch of nominee’s professional background and a statement pertaining to his/her qualifications for the award (only one nomination letter per nominee will be accepted as part of the nomination package)
